Nigeria Begins a New Government Funded Housing Project Deal!

On November 14, BBC shared an article (Link below) describing the beautifully built new buildings across the country that the Nigerian Government is placing on the market for its citizens at a reduced cost. This appears to ameliorate the increasingly skyrocketing prices in rent and put a spring in the steps of those heavily burdened by the rise. Currently, there are over 5000 units available. There are however, a few caveats for accessibility to these projects, one of which is having a paying job and being over 18 years old! More instructions are available on the link below.

Kudos to the government for a taking a huge step to curbing the housing crisis and cheers to hoping that this change continues to grow.
